About the Event
CONTROL Resonant continues the CONTROL universe with Dylan Faden as its protagonist and only playable character. The story takes place in a transformed Manhattan affected by a supernatural crisis, where a new form of resonance, alongside familiar threats such as the Hiss and the Mold, is changing reality.
Dylan Faden takes the lead
Dylan Faden is at the center of this new story. Following the events of CONTROL, his relationship with his sister Jesse once again becomes an important part of the narrative. Remedy has confirmed that Jesse remains a central figure, although Dylan is the character driving the story and carrying the adventure.
A transformed Manhattan
The adventure takes players into a warped Manhattan on the brink of a paranatural crisis. A new form of resonance and other supernatural threats are altering reality, creating the setting for an action RPG built around exploration, combat and extraordinary abilities.
Release and platforms
CONTROL Resonant launches on September 24, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC through Steam and the Epic Games Store. Remedy has also announced support for GeForce NOW, while the Mac versions will follow later in 2026.
