FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE

FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE presents a new role-playing adventure within the FINAL FANTASY universe, combining an HD-2D visual style with classic elements of the series and new gameplay systems. The story follows a group of characters bound together by fate as they face a threat connected to the crystals. Along the journey, the protagonists can call upon Visions inspired by heroes from previous entries, while exploring a world that brings back recognizable elements of the franchise, including airships, espers and moogles.

A new story

The adventure introduces a new cast of characters and an original story within the FINAL FANTASY universe. The protagonists embark on a journey shaped by crystals, bonds between companions and a conflict that threatens to change the fate of their world.

Combat and Resonance

The combat system combines strategic turn-based battles with the Resonance system. Players can build their party, develop their characters and make use of different abilities and tactical options during battles.

Visions of legendary heroes

One of the defining features of FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE is its Visions system, which brings the influence of protagonists from previous FINAL FANTASY games into the new adventure. The mechanic connects the new game to the wider franchise without turning it into a remake of an earlier title.
